- A life of spiritual discipline will always seem more difficult
from a natural perception because our human nature
will never be able to grasp it.
- Our human spirit does not want to embrace difficulties,
hardships or feel any discomfort from the affects of light
and darkness being constantly at odds. Yet it is an
everyday occurrence to all living souls, regardless of
belief.
Accustomed to living on a daily basis depending on a
range of human perceptions, makes it somewhat difficult
to see Christ as the life that puts things back into proper
scale, giving balance and counter-acting the stresses
and damaging influences of everyday living. Yet it is an
everyday occurrence to the few that find it.
