Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him:
but the just shall live by his faith.
-- Habakkuk 2 verse 4 (Kings James Bible)
Learning to live by one’s own faith is a necessity.
Just as the fullness that comes with the Spirit of the Lord
requires maintenance by the individual to whom He gave
it, so to is their faith. No one else can do that for them.
Though others offer up prayers and give the best bible
teaching for instruction, it is still no substitute for using
and living by one’s own faith. It is a God given
responsibility to every Spirit-filled believer to live on a
continuous basis by his own faith, and not just from
crisis to crisis. To do that of course, takes time and a lot
of patience with the help and Spirit of the Lord.
However, He is always available to teach us, giving us
new opportunities each day to do so.
It is definitely a process to learn to live life by what our
natural eyes will not always see or what our mind cannot
always understand. Yet, according to scripture, there is
no other way to live a life that is pleasing to God. Think
of it like this, taking the time to develop, maintain and
live by one's own faith is making an investment into
one's own eternal future. The reward more than makes
up for time and effort spent.
May God’s Word direct and strengthen your life everyday.

For further study and inspiration:
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh
to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them
that diligently seek him.
