Covered landmarks and down trees in heavy snow, is not
uncommon in winter and can be somewhat disorientating to
anyone passing through it. For safety and convenience,
snowplows and satellite devices are used to chart a direct
course. What if those things are unavailable? Keep your
compass with you.
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way
which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
-- Psalm 32 verse 8
When life’s path becomes obstructed and covered in
uncertainty and confusion, and familiar landmarks have either
fallen or are teetering under the pressure, the Lord is our
direction finder. His eyes see all and He knows exactly how to
chart a safe course through any circumstance. Following His
instruction and lead is like gliding on ski tracks through the
snow, easier to navigate because the way has already been
made.

King James Version
Shew me thy ways, O LORD; teach me thy paths.
For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name’s
