The accents in the House of the Lord are unique, diverse and
interesting to say the least. Like the elements that go into a
well designed home, His hand selects each piece and assigns
a place for it according to His plan and purpose. Whether it’s
made from wood, stone, or fragile as a flower, no material is
over looked or considered useless. Colors of all sorts are
incorporated into the mix. Though a few larger and weightier
pieces are used to anchor an area, He sets in numerous kinds
of accent pieces to add contrast, interest, style and flair. An
accent piece chosen by God for placement in His house is
precious and outstanding.
Every assignment is important in the House of the Lord. A
formal title is not necessary. Having the spotlight or a name in
neon lights is not required. Greeters, ushers, and helpers of
all kinds are vital to the function of the house and to one
another.
No accent or assignment is insignificant, for its reward comes
from Him.
- But now hath God set the members every one of them in the
body, as it hath pleased him. -- I Corinthians 12 verse 18
I’m grateful just to be chosen as an accent.

another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues;

secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then
gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

workers of miracles?

more excellent way.
